@Innerdevcrypto Jep many unfortunately have to find out the hard way, was strict vegan (mostly raw fruitarian) for ~20yrs. Made it by a hair by watching ex vegan videos who healed of everything by eating animal nutrition. For those unsure I suggest watching the Epitome of malnourishment series.

Also applies to adults by the way 1: STOP destroying your children's life, health, and future, they need animal protein 2: they are white, weak, sick, tired, because they lack critical nutrients and energy-dense food 3: you want to kill yourself, go ahead, but do not do this to your children, they deserve balanced nutrition and a chance to grow up into healthy adults. They want to consciously decide to weaken themselves afterwards when they are adults, fine, their mistake to make, but at least you raised them with proper food into adulthood 4: you want to indoctrinate yourself with fault y nutritional science, climate madness & guilt, go ahead, but leave your children out of it 5: and if you are weak & tired as an adult as well, you should stop your vegan diet immediately. That is literally step 1, even more important than meditation, energy-work, or anything else

christian hermit friend: - 50 years of sitting in silence & prayer every morning for 6 hours - takes care of a little abandoned church, which he restored on his own, he lives next to it - sitting next to him is incredible: the man literally channels the holy spirit all the time, pure bliss - kindest person i ever met - cares zero about money, power, fame, greed, attention - washes himself in the little river next to the church - lives a super humble life and makes wood furniture by hand in the afternoon i only send people to him that have serious inner development and consider the reclusive life, so they get an idea of what that really looks like, they stay with him a couple of days and always come away in total awe this man has my deepest respect and whom i admire enormously, we get along so well just sitting in silence or discussing various christian scriptures This is what true power and inner development looks like, this is what pure happiness looks like, this is a man who lives in total surrender to god/absolute/brahman/infinity (whatever you want to call it) and truly embodies it in his real life. Nobody told me that once you become a true Christian, you get “assigned” to the Holy Spirit, like He just moves in and becomes the landlord of your whole life. And this Landlord? Ah. Before, I used to express myself freely 😌 Now it’s: “Be calm… be patient… pray for them…” Pray for who?? The same person that annoyed me?? 😭 Nobody told me small lie will now feel like I committed a federal crime. Before, it was “just a tiny lie.” Now my conscience is shouting like police siren 🚨 Nobody told me I can’t even enjoy my old lifestyle in peace again. You know what DIDN’T shock me when I came to Christ as a Muslim?  Jesus, the real Jesus. He didn’t shock me at all. What shocked me was how consistent He was with the God I was reading about in the Torah. I’m reading the Bible for the first time and thinking: “Wait a second. This God, Yahweh, is always stepping into humanity.” He’s not distant. He walks in the garden. Adam and Eve hear Him. He wrestles with Jacob. He appears as the angel of the Lord. He speaks to Moses face to face. So when Jesus shows up, it doesn't feel random. It felt like the next step. People act like the Incarnation came out of nowhere. It didn’t. It’s progressive revelation. God revealing more of Himself, culminating in Christ. The Trinity isn’t random theology. It’s God with us. God for us. God among us. Isaiah said it 700 years before—Emmanuel, God with us. That’s prophecy. So here’s where I got stuck: Why is it easier to believe God walked, spoke, appeared, wrestled— but suddenly He can’t enter His own creation? That logic doesn’t make sense. For me, recognizing Jesus as God wasn’t a leap. It was the most natural next step. And once I realized the Torah was revelation from God, not the Quran, I knew where I had to stand.

How to pray metaphysically: (To release karma in the spirit or emotion in the body) Go into meditation, put your hands in a prayer position (to channel spirit), and identify a karmic connection or a stored trauma in the body. This will be a MEMORY connected to an EMOTION. It may be a traumatic event (big or small), a past-life memory, or someone who holds negative energy in your awareness when you think of them. Once you've identified it and fully connected with it via your awareness, you release it through prayer (devoted intention & commanding the release). When you fully let it go, there should be a visceral release in your body (sudden shaking, movement, yawning, burping, farting, throwing up, etc.). If you feel the release on the physical plane as you command the memory, entity, or psychic cord to release, you have also let something go in the spiritual realm. If you do this religiously, you will feel physically lighter, emotionally clearer, and spiritually freer. This is a skill that can be built through practice, and once acquired, you can identify things quickly and release them the moment they arise. I cannot fully tell you how to do this more than the guidance I've written, as you have to FIND the way WITHIN YOURSELF. But when you do, your energy field will grow, dents in your aura will disappear, and your external reality will transform as your internal frequency has reached a new level. Clear enough negative frequencies, and only Light will remain.
