A bit late on this. Unpopular fact, but Morgpie is in fact following all proper Twitch TOS (has proper content classification labels for BDSM gear wear, has proper attire for herself). I know it can be very easy to point the finger and say “But X is weird and should be penalized!” or “They’re just going to do Y thing and take a 1-3 day vacation and come back and do the same thing!” but that sort of attitude is what the other streaming crowd says about VTubers. It’s important to not hate on other streamers or communities, but to instead use our voices to communicate with Twitch about setting better, more strict / lax policies regarding sexual content. Drawing arbitrary lines in the sand for whatever we want to get off to and what we think is “weird and unacceptable” doesn’t help anyone and only serves to sow animosity between communities. Also, morgpie has DEFINITELY received penalties in the past so don’t think she gets away scott free.

See? When she is given a pass on TOS, she will keep pushing the line until she gets a slap on the wrist. Eventually she’ll get her 13th ban from Twitch, take a 2 day vacation with all the money funneled to her by 14 year olds and then do this all over again with new grey areas.
