Crimson Desert launched without support for Intel Arc GPUs. The game won't boot on any Arc card. Pearl Abyss says they are not planning to support it and told people to ask for refunds.

Games SHOULD be supported on as much hardware as they can handle. They should work on all hardware, be it Nvidia, AMD arm, whatever

Plus as others said ARC is rather common and some of their cards are really competitive. Not a 5090 top end but compete with mid ranges.
