I am offended Caleb and company are trying to steal George Gervin’s all-time great nickname

@DevonBirdsong Jordan was not happy about Gervin joining the Bulls. He believed Gervin played a role in the All-Star game freeze out.

For me, the funniest/most disappointing thing about Chicago fans talking about the Iceman controversy, is how virtually none of them know that Gervin played with a rookie Michael Jordan, and just how much regard Jordan had for the OG Iceman.

@spurs Funny story: In his last year in the NBA, Gervin played on the Bulls with Michael Jordan. Jordan was on a minutes restriction due to an injury. Gervin would complain anytime Jordan went over his minutes. Old, washed-up Gervin had no chill.
