@BigCapRadio You are off the mark. He is talking about mentality. Not actual draft position.

Ryan Day has been at Ohio State for 7 years with only 11 first round picks and 5 of those came from Hartline’s WR room. That’s not development, that’s delegation. People need to stop the narrative guys go to Ohio State to be developed.

NEW: Ohio State has STRICT recruiting standards: Ryan Day: “If you’re not a first or second rounder, then this probably isn’t the right place for you.” 😳

@BillTZimmerman If he didn’t get a promotion why did he leave? Why would he leave for a lateral position for an organization currently on a lower trajectory? He left because he got a promotion.

I totally get that Bears fans are upset that there won't be draft compensation for the Bears, but let's take a minute and be thrilled that Ian Cunningham got his dream job and not pissed that Ryan Poles didn't spite the Falcons and block his friend from taking a job he wanted over draft picks.
Arthur Blank was one of the leaders to get this rule established. He's part of the DEI committee. He did not purposely screw the Bears.
For years, myself and many others screamed that the Bears needed a President of Football Operations because we didn't trust George and Ted Phillips to oversee the football operations because they didnt know anything about football.
Rich McKay had previously been the Falcons President and he had a football background and could oversee football ops, he moved into a new role and Greg Beadles took over a month ago and he's a finance guy.
Blank wanted a football guy to oversee football ops. That's all this is. The same structure we wanted the Bears to have for years prior to Kevin Warren.
Yes it sucks there are no comp picks but the Bears are becoming a good org with people in demand from other teams and Ian Cunningham got his dream job and that's a hell of a lot more important than 2 3rd round picks.

Wow. You have to think Ohio State gets involved here.

There's some doubt about the future of Dylan Raiola at Nebraska, sources tell @CBSSports. Raiola's brother, Dayton, decommitted from the Huskers last week, and the program is bracing for Dylan to explore his future options. cbssports.com/college-footba…

@danorlovsky7 Your take on Ohio state and Sayin puts everything else you say in question.

@IceShark8 You are right Dan. Day has no idea what he is doing. His all time winning percentage and 2024/25 natty are a total fluke. Thank you for being there to call him out.

Feel free to bookmark this for all of y’all that think we’re “saving our explosives for TTUN”.
Writing is on the wall. It’ll be another unnecessarily close game and they’ll have a chance to win. This is mind blowing. Design some f’n explosive schemes - you’re seeing it every f’n week at this point! Figure it the f*ck out!
Don’t @ me - just bookmark. I truly hope I eat crow.

@Jermiah_Smith1 Haha it’s all love, young bull—you’re a great player, no doubt. I’m just calling balls and strikes as I see it 😂 You know you cold… but so is @LeonardKevMoore. Hope we get that rematch at some point 🤞🏾 ☘️

He actually strapped up Jeremiah Smith in the Natty, but people aren’t ready to have that conversation yet.
