@ctsi_uk @ctsi_adr how do I complain about the @Motor_Ombudsman they've been investigating my case for 15 months and have been unable to assign an adjudicator for the last 6? @CitizensAdvice any ideas?

@Motor_Ombudsman today is the (12 month) anniversary since I logged a dispute with you. I understand its been with you for adjudication since Sept. Please can I get an update? You have my details.

@Motor_Ombudsman it's been 11.5 months since I submitted my case, no update or outcome provided. Do you publish stats on how long cases take as this would help people determine whether your service will meet their needs?
