This is a clear offence under the Residential Tenancies Act. We provided evidence, filed cases, and called for emergency help, but 14 people are still left outside with their belongings. No enforcement. No accountability. @CalgaryPolice @ServiceAlberta @ABDanielleSmith

Avenue Living, just illegally changed the locks on 4 rental units in Calgary and left 14 people on the street. We have valid RTA leases and paid rent. Despite clear written threats and evidence, nothing is being done. @CalgaryPolice @ServiceAlberta @ABDanielleSmith
