According to VC, Rey Mysterio might be trying to avoid WrestleMania 42 because somewhere in his heart, he wants to retire by losing to his son Dominik Mysterio, not someone else. BodySlam reported that WWE wanted Rey Mysterio to face Gunther at WrestleMania, and Triple H has a track record of booking legends to retire by losing to Gunther in WWE. So, it seems like Rey Mysterio has taken an injury break to not just recover but also avoid any possibility of getting his WWE Career ended at the hands of Gunther. Makes sense. The only person who deserves to retire Rey Mysterio is his son Dominik Mysterio. If I was Rey, I'd probably do the same thing.

Not to beat a dead horse but the thing that really rubbed me the wrong way about this stuff with The Chet is that Wrestling isn't even real. So he's on Twitter shitting on people to reinforce a not real tv character in a fictional universe. And people are still defending it.
