@GarandThumb1 4500 elevation (Rocky MTN foothills) 5.56 was my MK12 build with a Noveske 16” barrel, 75gr 308 was a Rem 500 5R, 165gr hunting loads 300WM was a Christensen arms, 185gr Berger BLDS. Lemme know if you want to know what optics were on what.

Just spent the whole day hitting a one mile target with .308 and 300wm. Also put 5.56 on 1000yds. Loving days like this

I think it is likely that I would physically be able to cut across the sternum with a pair of trauma shears. (ie when doing a clamshell thoracotomy without a Lebsche knife)
