After a long period of compression between the two converging yellow trendlines, it cleanly exited above the upper resistance at $4.11 (+1.23%). This is a classic bullish reversal pattern. The breakout remains valid as long as price holds above the upper trendline (~$4.00–$4.05). Next price targets: • $4.50 (immediate resistance) • $5.00 • Then potentially $7–$8+ (measured move based on triangle height) Risks / What to watch for: The moving averages (50/100/200 EMAs) are still bearish → a successful retest or a break of the 50 EMA will likely be necessary to confirm the complete trend reversal. Volume: on the weekly chart, it is often low, but an increase on the next few candles would be ideal. If we lose $4.00 → the breakout is invalidated (possible return to $3.50).
