@Jonathanthebox @SpeedWatkins Always entertaining when theists cop to moral relativism. If whatever God does is good, the bad things that He does are good. Bad things are not merely preferences. Actions can be objectively good or bad. Just observe the way that victims and beneficiaries are affected.

If God is perfectly good, He would desire to save everyone. If He is all-powerful, He would be able to do so. If both are true, everyone would be saved. Since not everyone is saved, either God lacks power, lacks goodness, or does not exist. Choose wisely.

The reality is that it's objectively true that the circumstance Ben outlined is good. And optimally good is better.

"Who created God?" is merely a pointed question to illustrate the ridiculous, hypocritical special pleading of Christians who argue the existence of the universe represents evidence for a Creator yet simultaneously claim this supposed Creator didn't also require a Creator.

The concept of the Trinity is not in the Bible. Namely, the very idea that God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are each God and consubstantial is simply not there.

The word Tauhid does not appear anywhere in the Quran, does that mean the CONCEPT isn't there? You'd say "of course not!" 😂😂😂 Likewise, we'd say the CONCEPT of the Trinity is taught in the Bible, and that the word "Trinity" is used to describe that Biblical concept. This guy is stuck on that 1995 Dawah script.

@SpeedWatkins Optimal to who? What is good? Something isn’t good or bad because you define it that way good is good because God defines it. How do you know what’s good or bad? You are human. You are not all knowing how God is you can never understand what it means to be good.

@Jonathanthebox I doubt good is definable—it’s a primitive, thin ethical concept. But that is neither here nor there. It is the theist who claims that God is infinitely good and would do what’s optimally best. Saving everyone is optimally better than saving only some. This is all I need to say.
