If the only tool you have as a coach is yelling louder, you’re not coaching — you’re compensating. Energy matters, but trust comes from knowledge, results, and relationships. Be intense, but the players see through the noise if you don’t have a plan, direction or objective.

@CoachDJBrock B, C, D, A or B, D, C, A Best starter has to go first. 2nd and 3rd legs are the longest legs (140m vs 120m), so your 2 fastest guys run the longest distance. Whoever is the better curve runner go 3rd from those two.
