6/ The question for founders and enterprise leaders is straightforward. Are you building static software for a market that expects fluid, generated solutions? The transition to disposable, hyper-personalized software will disrupt established revenue models across every sector. How is your organization preparing for this infrastructure shift?
English

5/ Within Media and Entertainment, we will see studios generating custom editing suites tailored perfectly to the specific workflow of a single feature film. The tool bends to the creator, rather than forcing the creator to learn the tool. It represents a massive acceleration in creative output and operational efficiency.
English

4/ Here is an angle the market is currently ignoring: infrastructure. If billions of users are generating and rendering personalized software on the fly, the bottleneck moves from the application layer to the network layer. Telco edge computing facilities will become the new App Store. Networks must evolve from passive pipes into active, real time rendering engines.
English

3/ Look at the economics of enterprise SaaS. Companies spend millions annually on bloated platforms, effectively paying exorbitant subscription fees for buttons their employees never click. Generative AI flips this model entirely. Why license a monolithic application when your team can generate a bespoke pipeline tracker for a specific campaign, use it for three months, and then delete it?
English

2/ Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated it clearly: "Everybody in the world is now a programmer. This is the miracle of artificial intelligence." Andrej Karpathy accurately called English "the hottest new programming language." The barrier to entry has collapsed completely. Natural language is the new compiler.

Give me the most epic hand-to-hand combat scene taking place in a collapsing building falling sideways… Seedance 2.0: Yes

Google just dropped Nano Banana 2, an image model that delivers flawless 4K production assets at lightning speed but sounds like a direct-to-streaming Minions sequel. It might be the first time in Hollywood history that VFX supervisors are genuinely thrilled to build their entire pre-pro pipeline around a piece of fruit. 🍌

Ben Horowitz says a famous Hollywood friend told him half the movie they’re making is AI.
"[AI] really improves the economics of the current moviemaking industry, which has gotten extremely difficult with the way distribution has changed. And it’s going to make it much easier for many more people to make movies."
"I think there’ll be a new medium that’s different than movies, the way movies were different than plays."
"Every writer in Hollywood is already using AI to help them write dialogue they don’t feel like writing and that kind of thing... It hasn’t eliminated those positions. It’s just enabling them to work faster and better."

7/7If M&E clings to the human-centric model where every unit of output requires a unit of human attention, the industry will collapse under its own weight.
We must embrace the inefficiency of the machine to escape the insolvency of the manual.

6/7We aren't using agents to be the "Showrunner." We are using them as the crew to handle the crushing weight of high-volume execution—rotoscoping, tagging, versioning—that suffocates human creatives.
We preserve the human timeline for the art, and unleash the agentic timeline for the scale.

Critics are using 1975 math to dismantle 2026 AI strategies.
I read a brilliant mathematical takedown of Agentic AI this week based on Brooks’ Law ("The Mythical Man-Month"). The argument: adding agents creates a "state-space explosion" of coordination failure.
From an engineering POV, it’s correct. From an economic POV in Media & Entertainment... let's talk through that🧵
