@TheRooster Shorter games were amazing. There's no fatigue AND more incentive to replay. And the developers would save a lot of money and time. We would get games faster. They all think they need to go bigger and bigger. Not to mention the percentage of players that finish these big games

"Dollar-per-hour" is the worst thing to happen to modern game design. Devs stretch their games with mindless chores just to justify the price tag. You refuse to pay full price for a 20-hour game, but data shows that less than 30% of players actually finish 60+ hour games. I'd much rather pay for 20 dense hours with zero filler than 60 bloated hours of map clearing. The Uncharted series is a perfect example of this. Amazing pacing with zero fluff. Exactly as long as they need to be. We need to start valuing density over duration again.

@Dansgaming Minors playing tonsil tennis is fine to get 10/10's by the looks. God forbid an attractive male or female adult character in a game though. The industry is as fucked up as this generation

Happy to say Mortal Kombat II is SO much fun. Hilarious, wild & gory as hell. Kitana is the heart. Johnny & Kano are comedy gold. It is high-octane & packed with a ton of great references. I personally loved the first one, but this one is a level above.
