Now add: Who set up shop in Venezuela/SA a half century ago, and has been using it as a South American secure_ops HQ to coordinate crimes so vast in scope and number, that it is impossible to describe them properly through a keyboard? -> The intelligentsia community, granddaddied regionally by the CIA, Shin Bet, MI6, and KGB/Cuban mafia junctions. And, even more plain and more simple, for those of us who like to boil things down, Social Security is a cesspool of fraud.
