Let's clear a few things up.
Jeremy Monga, at 16, wanted to dictate the terms of his development at Arsenal. The club took the same stance it did with Chido Obi-Martin.
Kids don't dictate to us.
Sandro Tonali wasn't Arsenal's first-choice target, and when figures of around £100m entered the conversation, they walked away.
Morgan Rogers at £117m? Are you kidding me,Arsenal walked away.
Yet some fans are complaining? Seriously?
Instead of spending millions on sponsorships to associate your brand with the most marketable team in rugby, buy the rights to Chasing The Sun 1 & 2 and release it on YouTube
You'll reach a bigger global audience than a Springbok game and create a lot of goodwill for your brand
The key for the Springboks will be to match England’s physicality. If they can move around this big English pack they will tire them out and then the superior ball skills of the Bok players will create opportunities.
HR admin here. Had to discipline two twats at work who were sending out pictures of Dick Cheney labeled "dick pic". Stated reason was sending work-unrelated material on company network and time. Real reason was crime against comedy.
European Sleeper have reached their initial fundraising target, and can now go ahead with their expansion plans, adding Brussels-Milan from September: mailchi.mp/faa0f204407f/f…
no South African 10 really sticking up his hand and ticking all the boxes… (and to disclaim: I have not seen what Manie is doing in the Japanese 2nd division)
it is not necessarily so big a issue when it come to the Boks , because whoever is at 10 will play inside a strong system , behind a powerful pack, and with clear tactical guardrail’s.
but even so , we not seeing a guy clearly take charge in all departments the way we hope
To make a long story short , I can see a world where we have Handre at 10 to steer the ship and apply the tactical pressure, with Sacha at 15 to come in and run the attack when it is “on”
not ideal but it was always the formula with Handre and Willie and it is a way to cover the two bases you need to cover.
i think it also have the added bonus that Sacha in my opinion is even more dangerous at 15. if you kick to the back and he get time and space on the ball he can hurt you in ways (with his boot or his with feet) that not many other 15’s is able .
Been said but England’s back row balance is waaay off. Three opensides in the back row. Each excellent players in their own right but none really excel at carrying into the teeth of the defence. So you lack that impetus. And it’s not coming from their locks either.
@Spring_n_Boks As a Stormers fan (coming from the WP days) I can vouch for the fact that it's NEVER the team's fault for losing. Most of the time it will be the ref.
