I believe Dolphins will do what they can reasonably do in an offer for Willis. They like him. But this is not a scenario where I think people can say "do whatever you have to do." If some team blows everyone out of the water with an crazy offer, there is really nothing responsible the Dolphins could or should do. And this new regime strikes me as a group of people that isn't going to do irresponsible things.
