Stearns was eased out in Milwaukee and don't let anyone tell you differently. He was stripped of his GM duties, basically rendering him powerless. He was PBO in title only. That's why he was available for Cohen to get duped... again. This is third mistake after Alderson & Eppler.

@EWRNYC1 What people don’t realize is David Sterns had an enormous advantage of joining a Brewer team that had finished at the bottom of there division for many years. Which means there draft picks we’re elite for many years. He came into an organization stack with young talent.

How did Stearns build a successful franchise in Milwaukee without Cohen? Maybe the owner is a problem.

David Stearns is not just bad at his job. He’s a dangerous narcissist. The outfield lineup tonight is a pure analytics driven, nerd lineup. It is unserious. Just bc someone is righty doesn’t mean they can hit a lefty. I am a righty but I assure you I would not hit righties better than benge and Baty.
