(Psalm 23:1) God is all I need, and He is sufficient for all of my needs. Every human has a God shaped hole in their heart that has to be filled. Many people try to fill it with many things. Romance, drugs, relationships, money, possessions, fun, emotion, empathy, nature, food......really and honestly you name it, but it leaves them unsatisfied, dry, and empty. Even more empty than before. I choose to fill mine with God because He's the only puzzle piece that fits. He's the only one that truly satisfies on a very deep level that only he can obtain. He's the only one that could truly do a number on me. As much as I try to fill it with anything else....He humbles me more and more. God>I Everything points to him. Nothing Else matters or lasts. Satan whispers and taunts that he could give me everything I want. All the riches and pleasures of this world, but I know the truth. Bliss unaware for 2 seconds is all it takes to get out of God's will and his protection. I know what happens even then. The devil is a liar. He could give me everything that I desire, but I don't dance with the devil. I'm on another level. Jesus makes me fireproof. I can't have one foot in and out of hell. It's either all or nothing baby! You either know or you don't. 😉🔥 So many things I could have had within my reach for all the years that I've had success, but I quickly found out that it wasn't what I had envisioned and suddenly felt trapped or enslaved. Fake smiles and lots of fool's gold. There's no such thing as love in the bright lights. Don't let the people say there's a higher price to pay for a smile on your face. 🫵Jesus was the only one who could break me out of that mess. Thank God for the cross. Thank God for his blood. Thank God for hope. To each their own.

If I can wait 29 years, I can wait an eternity for my future husband. I'm a waiter. I've mastered the art of patience. Trust me. He's worth waiting for. Every second....never a waste of time, and to hear him say the same thing back to me is rewarding. That's how you know it's God. I just hope he forgives me for getting with the wrong one first. 😞💔🙏 No looking back or around. Just waiting. Eyes glued to God. Longer the wait, the more fulfilling and rewarding it will be because when God takes two people and works on them inwardly in secret and then presents the two outwardly as one they become a beautiful expression and depiction of God's handiwork and glory. Imagine the power behind that! Nothing competes or compares with it. I believe that a man and a woman are both equal as well but God made man the head of the family and the leader. The way it's always been.

@JordanElizabeth @sumair_shirazi I totally agree Jordan. I agree with equality in 99% of other aspects of equality, but the onus has to be on the man, to make the first move.

I'm kind, gentle, and loving. I believe that a man should be the one to lead and make the first move always. That's the way God intended it to be. Not vice versa because then the woman would become overbearing and that would not be flattering or attractive. Beauty is derived from the soul and it comes from God. A quiet confidence.

@sumair_shirazi I'm old school, and I'm polite. I have morals, character, and standards. I don't ask men out. I'm not a flirt or someone who throws herself at men. I'm more reserved and shy. That's just not the way I was raised. Also, I'm not outgoing. 🤷‍♀️

I still cannot believe that it's literally my grandfather's voice singing these songs! He was so talented!! My favorite one is "Will You Be My Love". I wish I had his record. I need to obtain it somehow. I think they might have one at this one record shop I know. 🎶🎵🎸 Sad I never got to know more than this of his music history. I would have loved to have heard the tale. I do wonder if he ever met Elvis or anyone else? I never got to know.
