@Bease11 We get vaccinated to protect ourselves, but if we are fortunate to be healthy, to protect others. What if we passed on Covid to an immunocompromised teammate, colleague or their loved ones? Covid was the #1 killer in USA in early 2021 before vaccine rollout. 🙏🏼

Be authentic. Communicate that you serve both your patients and their doctors, and what that means to you. Be grateful for their time, and thank them for what they do. Ask them more questions than they ask you- try to connect and listen.
