Alright. I complained a lot about the lack of upsets the first weekend, but now the first team in the Elite 8 is a 9 seed. Hello, Madness.

“Opening Day” with 1 game on Netflix just doesn’t feel right at all.

Don’t look now, but the Preds have a 3 point cushion for the final Wildcard spot and only trail Utah by 3 points for the preferred Wildcard spot (playing the weaker division). That’s what getting hot while everyone else goes cold will do for ya!

It’s hard to have any hope in K-State Baseball accomplishing more than making a Regional this season with this pitching.

@kstateman14 Very valid. But I don’t think I truly cared about beating Iowa State as a rival until like 2015.

@Jordan_ICT Farmageddon was billed before Nebraska left. We have been playing for 120 years. It is not even remotely comparable.

Now we get to watch the most forced, fake rivalry of all-time (Iowa v Nebraska) that only exists because of realignment be pushed all week as some epic showdown next weekend! Woo!

@kstateman14 I really do feel like Kstate became a big rival with Iowa State mostly because we lost Nebraska.. and Nebraska forced a rivalry with Iowa at the same time. Kstate vs Nebraska is the natural rivalry here.
