My pain is through the roof at present, I just can’t get comfortable Even with loads of cushions. spent most of the afternoon crying #Fibromyalgia

Phone call appointment Tomorrow with physiotherapist. talk about ridiculous. I’ve already filled in the generic questionnaire ,which really won’t help them. My Chronic pain changes everything . Plus you’re only allowed to have one problematic area lol 😂which isn’t the case

update I’ve lost two stone. 5 pounds since summer. hasn’t made any difference to my chronic pain. My health has got a lot worse, could be the seasonal cold weather. been dealing with a trapped nerve in my lower back Since the 8th of October on top of my normal usual pain.

Such a shame when you can't share good news with family, the people who are supposed to want the best for you. My family wouldn't spit on me if I was on fire 😔🥺 And my mum is on another level Narcissistic, more poisonous than a snake 😩😒🐍

@FibroFacts I wasn’t able to stand for long periods, felt absolutely exhausted and ofcourse Pain I stupidly thought wouldn’t last. Ten years on now 🙄
