@sdamico AFAIK the sweeter Brussels sprouts were bred just using regular methods, no GMO required. I think there r many strong flavors that r “too good for children” but r appealing to lots more adults. E.g., asparagus, olives, cauliflower, Lima beans, even tomatoes.
