JUST IN: Palestine Red Crescent Society says 11 more bodies have been recovered in Rafah, including six of its medics and four from Gaza’s civil defense. The eleventh victim is still being identified. The rescue teams had responded to Israeli strikes over a week ago but lost contact after Israeli forces surrounded their vehicles and opened fire. Three PRCS medics and one civil defense worker are still missing. Israel, which admitted firing on the ambulances, claims—without providing evidence—that Palestinian fighters were inside the ambulances and firetrucks.

The NYPD spent $150 Million *extra* last year to catch people who weren't able to afford to pay the subway fare. They owed just $104,000. $150 million could buy free fares (at going rate) for 95,000 poor New Yorkers per year. Instead four people shot, including an officer.
