@framer - just a note that it would be helpful if you updated the default nav components to have the hover dropdowns be inside the overlay vs 'being the overlay'.

Framer dev's could use some help.
I have a simple navigation drop-down. On click, load the new page, and remove the dropdown menu.
Works properly when I don't use 'Template Layouts'
Once I put the navbar in a template layout, then when the dropdown is open and I click on a link, the page loads, but the dropdown menu is still active. why??

So ya that's actually bugged. I think because that nav component is years old so they never updated it. You can't actually get the close overlay option because the links component is set as the overlay instead of being inside one. I set up the products dropdown so you can see what I mean. framer.link/vcuL1ch

@JosephAlexWeb Thanks. I figured that was the case, but haven't been able to map the right trigger. Also, not sure if I need to use the upgraded add-on for this? Or should I able to do this natively with the Pro plan?
