@SophiaWoofie Yeah, that's insane he did that. Using those small gestures is easy, and shows you care. Yet, some people don't take relationships seriously. It is sad.

@JosephG562 For straight women it is probably the taboo of it. And for non-straight women it's "the representation." Before finding God I was super into gay storylines, so it could also be the pull into sin and lust. I'm sure there's a lot of factors.

@LadyLaurk Its insane that people think, you cant be saved once you do terrible acts. They aren't Christians, since we know anyone can be saved no matter what. You are then reborn, into a new person under God. I think its the red pill movement, that just hates women no matter what.

I am legit going to be sharing my testimony in solidarity, but also because sharing our testimonies is something God calls us to do. To the Pharisees who used a single post to reveal how easily they are sifted like wheat and that they lack biblical understandings/ the call to openly share testimonies that are meant to uplift and encourage men and women in and out of the church, shame on you. I hope you come to truly know the biblical Christ, not your opinionated build-a-bear version of Him that was concocted in your minds.
Trevor Sheatz@TrevorSheatz

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

@lexiebu I love the shiny gold, you cant really see it in an image. Images make it look yellow, and people are judging it solely on that. I got mine today, and my Roki Sasaki jersey should be here tomorrow.

@strawb3rryystar ...You are too young to understand any of this right now, when I was a teenager, I knew very little of history, or worldly events. When you get older, you will change your mind on a lot. It happens to literally everyone.

@strawb3rryystar For one, you are a child, and should not be on these platforms. Two, feminism is a Marxist ideology, that was created to destroy western civilization. Women do have the same rights as men, the fact that this ideology continues to exist, shows that wasn't their main goal.

@GodFastMK2 Jesus forgave Mary Magdelene, told her to sin no more. He didn't tell anyone to marry her. He did not encourage her to marry anyone either. He didn't absolve her from her sins on earth, he forgave her, she served her penance, alone the rest of her life. That's the standard.

Everyday that goes on, especially living in LA, I realize more and more that there are hookers hiding in plain sight, everywhere… Every other girl in LA is a hooker—pretty much every “Instagram model” is a hooker… But also—the men chastising women for being hookers are following all the hookers (rewarding them)… Idk who in this transaction needs to start the chain of accountability, but somebody does…

Ultimately it is the mother's decision on whether or not she wants to keep the baby. The hypothetical they presented was a rare case to say the least along with several others that are talking points that are brought up. I saw the comment you left on that 17 yr old ED post about them getting an abortion. Should she consider it a miracle? Sure! Given her condition, it should be and also a concern. There's no telling if she would be a good mother or give the child over to her parents or to social services. Let alone the medical complications with carrying the child to term given the condition she's in. We can play the "What if this changes her for the better?" game because in some cases it has, others not so much. But that's on her and God at that point. I have my own anecdotes for abortion, adoption and foster care, none happened to me personally but those within my family. So by the end of it, it's the woman's choice on what she wants to do. We can preach til the cows come home, but it's up to them, their relationship with themselves and God.

well i am no doctor but i think that saving the mother’s life in specific situations is very different than intentionally killing a baby on the chance that the mom might have complications. but let’s also be honest, these fringe scenarios people bring up for abortion are not what the majority of “pro-choice” people want. they don’t want “safe, legal, and rare” abortions anymore, they want to be able to abort for any reason, at any time. they refer to preborn babies as “parasites” and joke about murdering them in the womb. they have completely normalized abortion by completely dehumanizing babies in the womb. why do we celebrate baby showers? because it’s a baby. why do we grieve miscarriages, even when they happen early? because it’s a baby. why do pregnant women get so excited to see an ultrasound of their… BABY? because it is a baby! it’s a small baby growing inside of you, it has its own unique dna! it’s a unique HUMAN! babies in the womb have heartbeats as early as 5 weeks! babies in the womb suck their thumbs as early as 12 weeks! they are tiny little humans! in some places you can have abortions right up until birth. did you know with modern technology babies have survived deliveries in the nicu as early as 22 weeks! and yet some people do have abortions after this, when the baby could survive an early delivery. but instead, at this age for an abortion they stab a baby directly in the heart with drugs that stops their heart, and then all of the baby’s body parts are removed with forceps and vacuuming. and yes, the baby can feel the pain of their tiny heart being pierced & stopped. but even if they couldn’t, it doesn’t make killing them just. when you educate yourself on abortion and are 100% honest with yourself about all of these things, you will be terrified to realize what we have normalized. so terrified that you might not even want to accept it. but it is murder.

Let me give you a hypothetical and this is not a gottcha, this is not to make you look bad, nothing of the sort. Let's say hypothetically the mother will die if she gives birth to her child. In this scenario she cannot get a C-section, she doesn't want to die, and understands that killing her unborn child will absolutely traumatize her. Should we sacrifice her life to protect another and if so why?

30 is probably normal if you live in a rural or suburban area. My parish serves a municipality with about 30k people (not everyone goes to the same Mass time, we have five Sunday Masses) You'll see significantly larger crowds in a big city. Liturgy at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC was an order of magnitude bigger and a wonderful experience

@PaulChato Most of what was cut, was pointless scenes and filler the anime had. The filler is what ruined the anime, since it was weekly, they added so much fluff, it is a chore to get through. The story is still amazing, and it's why I still liked the anime.

@PaulChato I understand, also I wouldn't listen to a lot of those people complaining. They are purists, Oda the creator is top dog, and all final decisions are made by him. So, any changes are done because of Oda. Everything so far has been great, and the changes makes sense to fit the LA.
