3D models are finally available on EloShapes! This has been the most requested feature since launch, but due to time and resource limitations, I was unable to add it for a long time. That has changed. Last month, I left my full-time job to work on EloShapes instead. Since then, I have spent all my available time improving the site. Among other things, I have finally been able to buy a quality 3D scanner, gather more mice, and build a 3D comparison feature for EloShapes. Not every mouse on EloShapes has a 3D model yet, but I am working hard to get my hands on as many mice as possible, with the help of various brands that have either sent me products or official 3D models. I have already scanned many mice, but there are still many that I own and have not had time to add yet. Even more mice are on the way, so the availability of 3D models will grow fast over the coming months. When EloShapes launched, it only included 200 mice. Today, it has nearly 1,500 and continues to grow. I will be working even harder than before to provide outlines for more mice, while also adding as many 3D models as possible. This will take time, and it is something I will continue working on for years to come. Thank you to everyone who has supported EloShapes so far. I never would have expected it to get this far, and now that I am fully dedicated to EloShapes, I have no plans of slowing down. I hope you enjoy the new 3D models on EloShapes!

@FPSBurger @Matty_OW Aim trainers are video games as well, with leaderboards that spark competition between players. Aimlabs even has a 1v1 scenario mode. There's nothing skilled about speedmatching bots with a controller. It defeats the point of a leaderboard if people can just cheese it.

To be clear, I do not have any real problem with separate leaderboards.
But in my opinion, using a controller for certain scenarios is basically cheating, and in general, I won’t respect the input that simplifies aiming down like a controller does.
Go use gyro instead.

@Salmon_WZ You're disreguarding the fact that for a lot of people, aim trainers double as a game. It's a competition amongst themselves testing their mouse control, as well as a tool to improve it. By allowing controller runs to top the actual leaderboard, it defeats the entire purpose.

@Gamesager Not to put down your abilities because clearly they are very good. But I just realized that even without aim assist, speedmatching/smoothness must be incredibly easy and intuitive, because u just need to hold the stick at the correct value rather than keep your arm the same speed

they and you are talking on practically, but mine is theoretically(especially physiological).
my opinion is that their method could cause muscle stiffness inside of eyeball.
it is not same topic.
Regarding the performance of the eye tracker, I was speaking with a almost full understanding of it(I apologize if the tracker is cheaper or has different characteristics than what I had in mind)

固定自体はやっても良いと思いますが、一般的な人は右のようにターゲットに目を合わせるが良いと思います
理由としては動画は動体（ダイナミック）シナリオでも、速度、移動幅が少ないのでこの場合は良いとする前提ですが、
通常、Ingameでの状況は基本このサイズだと近距離で速度や移動幅が大きく、画面中央固定だと動体視力が間に合いません。ApexでもValoでもそこは変わりません
速度、移動幅が小さい遠距離だったら絶対的に左で良いと思います
もう少し詳しく説明すると、動体視力による視認精度が上がらない原因の一つとして毛様体筋などのコントロールが間に合わない場合があります
所謂ピント（フォーカス）を合わせる機能の筋肉でありますが、画面中央を見ていたとして左右の端を見ようとすれば遠くのものを見ようとするように焦点距離を外にしようとするのでこの筋肉を緩めたりする必要があります
椅子、モニター距離をある程度固定して、特定距離の画面中央を日常的に見ている人だと、その機能が衰えたりするので画面中央だけを見るべきというスタンスになるのも自然ではあります。（老眼の原因なんじゃないか？ってなってて長期研究のネタになってたりします）
ではどうやったらこの問題を少し軽減できるのか、ではありますが、効果自体はあるんだけど原理が眉唾だという前提の元、以下に書きます
1.マウスの裏面の型番など、できるだけ小さい文字を輪郭ハッキリになるぎりぎりの距離まで視点と対象の距離を離した上で、対象となる文字を輪郭がハッキリ見える状態で手前に持ってきます
2.先ほど輪郭が見えるようにした状態を維持しながら、極めて低速（速度1mm/sぐらいまでできたらいいもんですね）に手前に持ってくる
3.これを２回往復、１分ずつぐらいを深呼吸しながら行う
これで結構見えます
最後蛇足になりますが
原理が眉唾というのは、この毛様体筋、自律神経支配なので、所謂骨格筋のように体性神経支配じゃないんです
なので、サイズの原理を用いた細かい筋収縮制御練習のようなトレーニング手法をそのまま持ってこれるわけないんですが・・・なんかそのまま持ってこれちゃうんですよね
尤も、焦点距離を合わせるのはある程度随意的にできてしまってるので、なんか違うんでしょうね～・・・？（そういった文献を不勉強でまだ見つけられてないので、分からないんですが）

@hrnty99731 Honestly, your strategy should change depending on the situation. For control tracking, #1. For small flicks #2. For larger flicks, I think somewhere in between. I like to imagine looking at the crosshair and then zooming out my focus, so I can perceive targets while seeing cross
