Even the pecs to a small extent get isometric work - Most people can lift the most weight for a full ROM in a DL = huge systemic stress and adaptive response - "Carryover to real life" - learning proper positioning for lifting stuff off the ground, and being strong at it, is a highly useful movement pattern Ironically the thing that makes some hypertrophy bois hate the DL, the fact that it doesn't isolate and target any one muscle group to a high degree, is what makes it the best choice if you could only do one exercise.

@sam_gzstrength I can do that after years of training, those type of lifts don’t come over night and require dedication. Also I’m 6’3 265, it’s easier for me to achieve these lifts than a 5’7 155 pound man.

Crazy thing is WWE2K could give us the game we want. Drop the Island. Drop MyFaction. Drop the battle pass. Drop showcase. Turn MyRise into RTWM storylines for 5-6 superstars and a CAW. Focus on improving Universe and GM Mode. That's it. We don't need more game modes than that.
