Hello Nebraska XC, it is with great sorrow that I tell you that I have been diagnosed with severe brain damage. I went to the doctor with terrible head ache & the doctor asked me who the best XC runner in the state was. I responded “Carson Noeker” and was immediately hospitalized

I have been informed that Zack Shultz has been spotted at the state meet, even after he was kicked off his former team. Such a great way to start off state cross!

To any runner stressing about tomorrow, relax. If you’re not good enough to qualify for state this sport isn’t for you anyways.

10 years ago today I ran the Omaha Marathon and Nerd Jr, age 12, ran with me for .5 mile. That was his first real run. This morning I walked 7 miles, Jr ran 14 miles with @huskersdistance and Nerd The 3rd ran 13 with @CreightonXC. Running has been such a gift to our family.
