İklim Değişikliği Başkanı Prof. Dr. Halil Hasar, Singapur Büyükelçisi Kok Li Peng ve beraberindeki heyeti kabul etti. İklim Değişikliği Başkanı Hasar, ziyaretten duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirerek, küresel iklim eylemi ve sürdürülebilirlik konularında görüşmelerde bulundu. Uluslararası düzeyde yürütülen iklim çalışmaları ve eylem planları detaylı bir şekilde ele alındığı heyetler arası toplantıda, öncelikli çevre ve iklim temalarının kilit aktörler iş birliğiyle ileriye taşınması ve ülkeler arası dayanışmanın güçlendirilmesi gerektiği vurgulandı. Taraflar, özellikle özel sektör finansmanının ve Uluslararası Finansal Kuruluşların sürece aktif katılımının kritik bir öneme sahip olduğu konusunu da ele aldı. Toplantıda Büyükelçiye; Singapur Büyükelçiliği Şef Misyon Yardımcısı Ann Margaret Mathew, Singapur Çevre ve Sürdürülebilirlik Bakanlığı, Enerji ve Iklim Politikaları Direktörü Calvin Cong, Singapur Çevre ve Sürdürülebilirlik Bakanlığı, Enerji ve Iklim Politikaları Direktör Yardımcısı Venkat Kumaran, Singapur Çevre ve Sürdürülebilirlik Bakanlığı, Uluslararası Politikalar Departmanı, Üst Düzey Bürokrat Wong Weng Yeng, Singapur Büyükelçiliği Birinci Katip Jonathan Edward Lim eşlik etti.
