Success happens through consistent action. Tonight I crossed the stage at 16 years old as a dual enrolled student getting an Associate Degree with High Honors. My next step is @uncpembroke continuing as a joint enrolled student! Tonight was a great victory of the work put in and the continued work will lead to future victories. Thanks to all those who have supported me @Gaston_College, family, and @CoachHughes_13 for sharing in tonight's success! Can't wait for what comes next in education, football, or life but I know I plan to dominate it. Building speed from the ground up and changing the way this athlete moves. Lineman, you have not kick-stepped until you have been connected to a #TApex. Getting faster. Getting stronger. And this 297 lbs is moving differently.

It was an incredible day this past Saturday at @uncpembroke with family for Open House and Accepted Students Day. Getting my cords that I will wear at @Gaston_College and again when I graduate from UNCP made everything feel even more real. Being able to pick up a few more shirts and represent the place that is becoming my new educational home meant a lot to me. I also want to give a huge shoutout to current senior @LocklearAsa at UNCP. Hearing him speak was truly inspiring. One thing he said that really stuck with me about UNCP was that “it is just home.” Those words hit me deeply. Sometimes people look at me a little differently when I say my plan is to graduate with my bachelor’s degree at 18 as a dual enrolled student, but hearing someone speak with that kind of pride, purpose, and belief reminded me to trust the path God has put in front of me and keep moving forward. Congratulations to @LocklearAsa and to all the graduating seniors. Your example is inspiring, and I look forward to the day I can join you as a fellow UNCP alum. Who knows maybe I can wear a jersey someday @UNCP_Football but I will definitely see you at upcoming camps!!!
