Saw this comment on YouTube under an Anfield Wrap video. Could not have worded it better, Victor. There are clear coaching & structural problems. Those are the concerning aspects. New players won't fix that. Will there be mitigation next season if it isn't working in November?

@JoshCF_ El oficio defensivo del mediocampo es nuestro principal problema, marcar, presionar, recuperar balón. Todos pensamos que usar a Ryan de pivote nos iba a dar la solidez de Fabinho, pero no este año él no mejoró, de hecho empeoró. Por eso una pieza ahí puede mejorar la plantilla.

My biggest fear for next season is Arsenal are the only competitive team and comfortably win the league. We need to be back challenging ffs. We can't, under any circumstances have a similar season next season. There would be zero excuses.

It is funny watching journos report transfer news for us. You can tell they haven't got a clue. They love some vague statements and fence sitting. They just support it by saying something like "they are preparing for all possibilities and eventualities".

Elliott also only has a year left on his contract. So we either extend his contract or we end up selling him for £15-20m.

If Slot is our manager next season, why would we keep Elliott? Elliott played 822 minutes for us last season. It's pretty clear Slot doesn't rate him. That's basically the same amount of minutes Ngumoha has played for us this season.

Sky Broadband said the best they can do for me is £40 a month (£4 increase). Been with them for 5 years. Go on a price comparison, they're doing a £23 a month offer for new customers only. So fucking stupid.

As long as we don't sign players specifically for Slot, we will be fine. We have glaring holes in our squad. So as long as we sign 4 - 6 good players, our squad as a whole should be better. Regardless of who the long term manager is.

You can't not use your squad depth because you don't deem them good enough and then complain about injuries. There were several players last season and this season that could definitely have played more minutes. Means we could've rested 4-5 players more frequently.
