@virginmedia There is a fault but the website doesn’t say it when I call it mentions it then hangs up

@Captain_Hummus @virginmedia The same here. I think they’re traffic shaping as zoom is fine but I can’t load any webpages

@JoshCrowder @virginmedia Still bad here too. For me this is now day 12. I’ve noticed that it works for a few hours each morning from like 8-11:00 and then it just drops off again. It’s almost like they are fixing quickly for people to send early work emails then breaking it...

@virginmedia @JoshCrowder Hi Josh. Don’t bother with the media team as they, along with the website and helpdesk are all utterly useless. It’s been the same for most users in London if you do a check. Everyone has the same issue. Max download and Zero upload. I’ve been told it could be fixed on Tuesday.

@virginmedia Im on a hub4 which doesn’t support diagnostics yet apparently? 0.06mb up who can I speak to about this? I tried calling and it directed me to the website above

@JoshCrowder Hey Josh 👋 You won't be able to stop the app notifications as VeryMe Rewards is part of the My Vodafone app however if you go to your VeryMe Rewards profile, then to 'Review my permissions' and from there you can edit your marketing preferences 😊 Courtney

@VodafoneUK how do I turn off these Veryme rewards? I’ve text 9774 and I’m still getting pestered you are nonstop

@GarryMartin @SBT_Design @neil_freeman_ Tell you what I am miffed about.. before I moan at Festool, maybe you can clarify... when I bought the CMS base unit a few weeks back, it was missing the ruler. I cannot remember if that came with the legs or was part of the OF or TS units.
