Only a handful of founders got it right on the first try. Don’t be afraid to fail. Just fail fast, and learn. It gets you one step closer to that massive win.

The best way for a founder to future-proof themselves is not to become irreplaceable. It’s to become hard to commoditize.

If LLMs needed the entire internet, what do you think robots need? x.com/davj/status/20…
David J Phillips@davj

The internet was the training set for intelligence Nobody has built the equivalent for the physical world Previously, @lucasngoo co-founded Carousell, scaled it $1B+ Now at @cortexairobot he's collecting the data robotics labs need to train foundation models Cameras, VR headsets, glasses on factory workers, retail workers, everyday people. Recording real-world manipulation work Not building the robot. Not training the model. Collecting what goes in 2026: scale data 2027+: start rolling robots out Initially 90% teleoperation, 10% autonomy While humans step in, the system keeps learning That's the flywheel toward full autonomy 🎙️ @lucasngoo, Co-Founder & CEO, @cortexairobot on @fondocom @thestartpod (full ep in comments)

Apps inside ChatGPT are the way to get your business discovered by 900M+ people using it, but building them is still too hard. So we built Fractal: @Lovable for ChatGPT Apps It’s the fastest way for business owners, with or without a technical team, to ship exceptional ChatGPT apps

BREAKING: CLAUDE can now manage all your social media on autopilot, better than $600/hour community managers ! Here are 7 insane Claude prompts to start automating your social media ecom brands strategy today Here’s the crazy part: This system produces 550+ cinematic, product-ready ads per day from a single prompt. Here’s the full pipeline: → AI generates a realistic UGC persona — face, voice, personality → Arcads clones a natural voiceover in seconds → CapCut auto-edits: captions, pacing, hooks — done → our phone farm method pushes every finished video straight to TikTok Shop → Cruva Social 1 identifies which hooks are already winning in your niche before you film anything The result: 500+ videos a month, per brand, at a fraction of what one UGC creator used to cost. Most brands are still paying $300–500 per video. Testing 10 hooks takes $5,000 and three weeks. With this system, you test 100 hooks in the same timeframe. The ones that win get scaled. Automatically. AI is the new creative director. TikTok doesn’t reward the best video. It rewards the brand that shows up the most — with content that converts. Static agencies are dead. Creator dependency is a liability… and it’s soooo 2025. No more waiting on creators. No more $500 videos that flop after 200 views. The brands that automate content at scale will be the biggest winners of 2026. If you want the full breakdown: Like & comment “SYSTEM” I’ll send you the complete workflow, every prompt, and a step-by-step walkthrough. Free. (Follow first so I can DM.)

Silicon Valley celebrates a philosophy called: Move fast and break things. I find this troubling. What exactly are you breaking? Regulations. Consumer trust. The social contract itself. At Compliance Capital we follow a different principle. Move at the speed of government. The European Union spent seven years drafting the AI Act. The Americans call this bureaucracy. I call it respect for the process. Last year I invested in a startup that spent 14 months preparing a landing page. Not technical challenges. Accessibility compliance. WCAG 2.1 AA. Then WCAG 2.2 was announced. So they waited. Beautiful discipline. The page is still not live. But the documentation is extraordinary. In my Masterclass, I explain why speed is not a competitive advantage. Speed is a compliance risk.

My team just put together a 35-page guide on Claude Code. Not the “ask claude a question” version of AI. The real version. The one where AI actually writes scripts, pulls data, runs workflows, and builds tools inside your terminal. The companies I know that started using this are replacing hours of manual work every week. Reports. Audits. Competitive research. Proposal drafts. Stuff junior employees used to spend half their week doing. So we broke down exactly how to get started: • how to install Claude Code • how to prompt it properly • and 5 marketing automations you can build immediately Nothing theoretical. Just the exact setup. If you're curious about what the next version of operations looks like, comment "claude" and ill send it to you.

Did you know there's about $100B in unused loyalty points sitting out there? That's $100B worth of "I forgot this existed." Points are supposed to create loyalty, not clutter. Real loyalty in 2026 isn't about racking up more numbers. It's about actually feeling like you're part of something.

Customers come and go Friends will abandon you Investors choke and die on loose bottlecaps while traveling to America But regulators... They are with you forever In Lesson 10 of my Compliance Masterclass, I'm breaking down the most important person in a founder's life It's not their business partner, lead investor, or even their spouse. It's the Regulator. Watch the lesson here:

We worked with @OpenAI to build a native integration for the OpenAI Agents SDK. Today, we are very excited to launch as a tracing processor. With just a few lines of code, you can trace all your agent workflows and debug them much faster. Check out this quick demo to get started:

I just had Claude Code build me a Facebook ad generator that can make 100+ on-brand ad variations in minutes for $0. And I made a full Notion document guide for you. It includes: 1. How to use Claude to find the pain points and desired outcomes of your ICP 2. How to use these pain points and outcomes to write ad copy variations 3. How to build a Facebook ad template entirely with code (just like the ones you see) 4. How focus Claude Code’s design so the ad feels “on-brand” 5. How to export the Facebook ads as PNGs in a zip file 6. How to bulk upload them to a Facebook ad set 7. How to use an AI data analyst to track the success of these ads Everything above is just API calls and Claude Code doing the work for you. You just come up with the ideas and polish the outputs. Like and comment "generator" and I'll send the Notion document to you

American founders complete their Privacy Impact Assessments in two weeks. I spent four months defining the word “data.” By month five, I had interviewed every employee. The janitor, Hendrik, demonstrated a disturbing fluency in Article 5(1)(c). His perspective shaped our entire framework at Compliant Capital. Month four is what I call PIA Winter. This is when founders question their product, their purpose, their relationships. Good. If you have not suffered for your compliance, you do not have company. In my Masterclass, I explain why thoroughness is not delay. It is devotion.

I should charge $99 for this. But I'm giving away our Claude Mastery Guide for free. We just updated it with a full Claude Skills section, the feature most people still don't know exists. Inside: → 30 prompt engineering principles → 10+ mega-prompts ready to copy → Mini-course from beginner to advanced → How to build Skills that make Claude remember your workflows forever → Glossary + strategic use cases This turns Claude from a chatbot into your actual work system. Comment "Claude" and I'll DM it to you. (Must be following me to receive it)
