I found myself running back to the car at the end of every day last week just to keep listening to the @JaredBWeinstein episode. Jackson is on an incredible run with @DialecticPod.
Jackson Dahl@jacksondahl

It's hard to judge your growth in a skill like interviewing, but I think my latest with @nxthompson and @JaredBWeinstein are among my best. That's mostly thanks to them, but I'm proud of how dramatically different the two episodes are while still feeling distinctly Dialectic.

This Anthropic ARR story is truly insane. Doubling every 6 weeks and today reaching $44 Billion 🤯 ARR: → End of 2024: $1B → End of 2025: $9B → Feb: $14B → Mar: $19B → Apr: $30B → Today: $44B Valuation: → Sep 2025: $183B → Feb 2026: $380B → Today: $900B+ 44x revenue. 5x valuation. Salesforce took 20 years to reach the ARR Anthropic now adds in a quarter.

@m0ches No indexing of files on system It’s selected frames + visible OCR/text which generates .md memories Then screenshots auto-delete after ~6 hours and the memories let Codex detect inefficient patterns

@JoshKale What data sources does Chronicle actually index to make those efficiency claims?

There's a hidden feature inside Codex that almost nobody is talking about... It's called Chronicle and you need to ask it this: "According to Chronicle, what have I been doing inefficiently on my computer? Be direct. Tell me what I need to hear." Here's why it can answer: → once you turn it on, sandboxed agents run in the background → they periodically screenshot your screen → ship frames to OpenAI for OCR and visual analysis → save the summaries as plaintext markdown on your computer → load those memories as context the next time you prompt Codex Codex just knows. The surface level use is so you stop having to re-explain your project every session. But the reality is it's capable of so much more. It's a lot of access (full computer screenshot access) but the upsides to getting this kind of intimate feedback seem pretty sweet
Andrew Ambrosino@ajambrosino

it's still experimental so we hide it a bit, but in the codex app, try: > what have i been doing very inefficiently on my computer (according to Chronicle). make some recommendations. be direct. tell me what i need to hear.

The age of unrestricted public frontier models in high-risk domains is over. GPT-5.5-Cyber is rolling out to select users via trusted access ecosystem + government collaboration. Offense is too easy and defense too important. The new standard is private first.
Sam Altman@sama

we're starting rollout of GPT-5.5-Cyber, a frontier cybersecurity model, to critical cyber defenders in the next few days. we will work with the entire ecosystem and the government to figure out trusted access for cyber; we want to rapidly help secure companies/infrastructure.

Four of the largest AI companies in the world just reported earnings. Here's everything you need to know: Cloud reaccelerated across the board → $AMZN AWS: 28% growth, fastest in 15 quarters → $GOOGL Google Cloud: 63% growth, passed $20B for the first time → $MSFT Azure: held at 40%, AI run rate now $37B, +123% YoY Demand is far outpacing supply → $GOOGL backlog: $460B, nearly doubled in 90 days → $MSFT RPO: $627B, +99% YoY → $AMZN AWS: still capacity-constrained Customers are signing for compute they cannot get today. Combined 2026 AI capex → $AMZN: $200B → $GOOGL: $175-185B → $META: $125-145B (raised today) → $MSFT: $110-120B $630B in a single year. More than two Apollo programs. $META was the only one punished. Revenue grew 33%, fastest since 2021. Beat on EPS. Ad impressions +19%, price per ad +12%. Stock fell 6% AH. The reason: capex raised $10B at both ends with no clear revenue attached. The market is fine with hyperscaler spending when there's a paying customer on the other side: → $MSFT: Copilot at 20M paid seats → $GOOGL: Gemini Enterprise +40% QoQ → $AMZN: $15B+ AWS AI revenue → $META: Superintelligence Labs, no revenue yet

Elon Musk is now on a path to a $5 trillion personal net worth... it's pretty insane The SpaceX board just approved this package. Here's what he needs to do: → Permanent Mars settlement of at least 1 million people AND a $7.5 trillion SpaceX valuation gets him 200 million shares → 60.4 million additional shares granted upon orbital data centers running 100 terawatts of compute, the energy equivalent of roughly 100,000 nuclear reactors →Zero shares if any target misses. Vests in tranches only as valuation climbs Combined with his existing 42% SpaceX stake and the $1 trillion Tesla package shareholders approved last fall, the ceiling lands at $5 trillion. Oh, and his SpaceX salary today is $54,080. Pretty nuts

The Kobeissi Letter@KobeissiLetter

BREAKING: SpaceX's board has approved a new compensation package for Elon Musk ahead of its record-setting IPO. The package includes: 1. 200 million super-voting shares if SpaceX hits a $7.5 trillion valuation and establishes a permanent Mars colony with at least 1 million people 2. Additional 60.4 million shares if SpaceX reaches certain valuation goals and operates data centers in space delivering 100 terawatts of compute 3. Elon Musk will not receive a single share if the company fails to reach the board's valuation targets Elon Musk has received a salary from SpaceX of $54,080 per year since 2019.

Sam Altman renegotiating with Microsoft: 2019 → "exclusive models, 20% of revenue, deal?" 2023 → "exclusive models, 49% of profits, deal?" 2025 → "27% of the company, IP til 2032, deal?" 2026 → "non-exclusive now, capped revenue, deal?" Four contracts. Four givebacks. Microsoft signed every one.
Sam Altman@sama

we have updated our partnership with microsoft. microsoft will remain our primary cloud partner, but we are now able to make our products and services available across all clouds. will continue to provide them with models and products until 2032, and a revenue share through 2030.

Wow looks like OpenAI is making a smartphone 👇 → Mass production 2028. → Luxshare as exclusive system co-design and assembly partner, the same role Foxconn plays for Apple. → MediaTek and Qualcomm co-developing custom silicon. → Specs and suppliers finalized by late 2026. A ground-up phone, built on the supply chain that built the iPhone. Sam told Fortune in December his real competitor wasn’t Google, it was Apple. He’s got Jony Ive and the supply chain but man it seems impossibly challenging to dethrone the iPhone

This 20-min convo with the General Partner of USVC explains how you can invest in Anthropic, OpenAI, and other private deals. Until now, it's been extremely difficult to invest in SpaceX if you're not an accredited investor. USVC is trying to change that. $500 minimum. No accreditation. A real fund holding: > SpaceX (20% via xAI) > Anthropic > OpenAI > Crusoe, Vercel, Sierra, Legora We unpacked: > the backlash > how the fee structure actually works > why NAV matters (a lot) @ankurnagpal knows what he's talking about. 0:00 Intro 0:47 The Purpose of USVC 3:02 NAV and Pricing 8:20 OpenAI Case Study 10:02 AngelList 12:07 Fee Structure Explained 14:03 Portfolio Overview 17:57 Roadmap
