So you got a $14k flight at the cost of $3-4k.

Sometimes I wonder how much conglomerates like @ATT could improve both user experience and payroll expenses by making the product intuitive and easy to use. Often times complexity is purposely created in these companies (and government) for job security.

As a Canadian who has lived in America for the last 5 years, I can tell you: Canadians are taught a lot of misinformation about life in America vs Canada.

Sometimes companies give grand job titles in effort to underpay team members. I've seen people with a "VP" title but have less than 20 people in their org. The VP turns a blind eye to the low pay because they like the title.
