@JoshWhitehead34 Ah Josh! Happy memories! I did find the solution to avoid all the grief, frustration and impotent rage that good old northern rail imposed upon me on a regular basis…but you are a year or two off retirement. Deep breathe is the only (useless) advice I can offer.

Being a @northernassist customer means checking the trains before bed, first thing when you wake up, several times during getting ready, only for them to cancel it during the time it takes you to de ice your car #northernfail
