For The CW, this marks the 14th consecutive week with over 1 million viewers per race. Longest streak to start a NOAPS season since 2016.

@MattWeaverRA Only got to watch the last 50 laps but my observation was the majority of the top 20 were running the same lap times and then it only fanned out to a 2-3 tenth difference. Need to create actual fall off.

Of course the response was filed as soon as I finally gave myself a significant peptalk to go to the bank and close out my late husband’s accounts. I will give my thoughts after I have a chance to read the filing, but from the quote below, it looks like Spire is addressing the merits of the proposed amendment at least to some degree in the response filed today. As a reminder, the current motion is just on if JGR should be given permission to amend rather than a substantive motion on the merits of what they want to add as new claims. If the JGR motion is granted, Spire can still file motion to dismiss or a motion for summary judgment on the existing or any new claims.
