Getting in a "good throw" is not throwing for 10 mins. Keep this in mind - 10 mins of throwing is 5 mins per person (thx Andy Mckay). Factor in the ball in the air + exchange, and ur looking at ~3 1/2 mins per person. Food 4 thought the next time u go out to Condition ur arm.

Everyone works hard at practice when coach is watching, but the "rage to master" is different. You don't get to this point without a sense of urgency. I'm not even sure it can be developed but you can tell right away which guys have it. I'll bet on these guys every time.

Two years married to an amazing woman and six years of sobriety. Grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. These milestones have transformed my life in ways I never imagined. Thankful for all the people in my life, past and present, for helping me get to this point. More work to go!
