@JoshuaBlinder After the CB moves in the off season, I actually expect them to pick a skill position player if the player they want is there.

On any given play, there are usually five eligible receivers. However, not all of them actually run a route (e.g. max protect). The Rams had 5 routes on a play only 56% of the time -- lowest in the NFL. Other teams below ⤵️

There isn't a player in the draft I've dug into more than Elijah Sarratt and I'm always left more and more confident he's going to succeed in the NFL. I'm not joking when I say he's closer to being a Top 3 WR prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft than he is outside of the Top 5

@NFL_DF @BobMcGinn No he’s definitely not Micah Parsons ! Parsons had 10 more pounds on his frame and ran a 4.36 ! But Reese could develop into that kind of player, maybe never as good a pass rusher, Micah has generational Edge speed, but as a run stopper Arvell is closer than people realize

Scouts believe Arvell Reese is “not in the league of Micah Parsons,” and I have to say I agree (via @BobMcGinn) It’s not unlikely the Jets draft him #2 overall, but that’s due to how WEAK this draft class is more than it is Reese being an immediate superstar in the NFL. Reese is raw and inexperienced as an edge rusher, but I’m not sure his off-ball LB play warrants him being drafted so high either. While he can be an elite linebacker, his upside getting after the QB is what the Jets will actually covet:
