Kam Curl will return to the Rams on a 3-year, $36 million deal. He's a versatile player, and one underrated statistic I always point to is he played 1062 snaps in the regular season (5th most). Always available.

Mobile QBs who regressed in sack rate in the 2025 NFL season: - Josh Allen - Kyler Murray - Lamar Jackson - Justin Fields Most mobile QBs tend to hold the ball longer, as they believe they can escape any situation with their athletic ability (and often can). The truth is the defensive line is getting more athletic every year and is something to watch as the NFL evolves.

The real focus for a future coach is trying to manufacture designed rollout throws to lower his sack rate. Our SumerTraits saw one of his lowest seasons in “accuracy on the move” in ‘25 something that he could definitely see a positive regression with a new team in ‘26

Trent McDuffie will immediately take a commanding role in the Rams defense. The Rams have four CBs headed to free agency: - Roger McCreary - Derion Kendrick - Ahkello Witherspoon - Cobie Durant I predict the Rams will re-sign two of those players + pick up an experienced corner in FA OR use a first round pick on a corner in the draft.

The Rams just traded their 2026 first round pick (#29) to the Chiefs for Trent McDuffie. From 2017 to 2025, there was 287 first round picks. Only one of them was used by the Rams (Jared Verse).

Probably one of the most surprising moves this offseason. Sean Payton called plays for 359 games since 1999 with the Saints, Giants, Cowboys, and Broncos.
