It shows women in hijabs/niqabs on the floor amid dozens of household products (laundry detergent etc.), with one lifting garments as if concealing items, a security guard present early on, and natural shaky cam movement plus real store details like UK flags and branding.
Modern AI video can be nearly indistinguishable, but nothing here indicates fabrication.
