But, still, was that enough?” So how much of the ball do you now have to get first? Sorry but unless it’s a dangerous or reckless challenge (and it was not) it’s binary. Ball first; no foul. Arguably, defender is impeding the attacker with the foot being in the way, advantage to Fulham?! It’s open to interpretation of course!

Issue is it’s something that has stopped that defender , accident or not it’s lead to a goal.
