You don't really know Thailand until you know: 1. The biggest city is not named Bangkok 2. Pad Thai is not a popular dish with Thai people 3. Slow down when you approach bridges 4. Phuket, Pattaya and Sukhumvit are not typical of Thailand What else?

@TheMattViera Been funding my life since 18 (4 years ago), and had my last "traditional job" at 17. I wouldn't call myself rich, but I live comfortably. More comfortably now than at 18, for sure lol

If you live abroad, home schooling for kids is way more fun and socially acceptable. They're not home schooled, they're "world schooled".

Nobody. Absolutely nobody wakes up in the morning thinking “I need an end to end workflow management tool” What they do wake up thinking is: “Shit. How am I gonna meet my KPI/OKR objectives this quarter. What bullshit do I need to avoid today? How can I keep that asshole off my back so I can focus on my work” Keep that in mind when selling B2B.

@jacobincambodia I wouldn't say Thailand is unsafe. Cambodia too. Definitely more dangerous countries out there.

3 Things Rural Thailand Taught Me in 5 Days: 1. My Thai is better than I thought 2. My Thai is worse than I need it to be 3. I should do this more often lol Nothing worse than messing up a tone and accidentally saying something suuuper deeply inappropriate to an elder 😭🤣

Can’t say learning Thai has been easy. But if you wanna learn a language, getting a tutor is an actual life hack. Plus if you LIVE somewhere that speaks the language… man. Doesn’t get any easier than that. Btw my Thai teacher is amazing lol.
