It is important that we don’t lose sight of the long term and short term impact on our children not having a substantive teacher. We know these challenges are compounded over time and short term solutions are not working. There is a medium term solution however @stepintoteach

As long as I have worked with children, Education budgets have been squeezed. The book by Paul Dix “when the adults change, everything changes” makes me think... If “we” change the way we look at financing work done with children, the way children look, might also change?
