We currently have few products, each with a slightly different approach to gas handling: 1. Liberty Swap & Liberty Shield Both products are already gasless and fully sponsored. - The system has been tested through several PulseChain gas spikes, where costs ranged from ~100,000 PLS up to 2,000,000 PLS per transaction (even for small transfers like $10 USDC cross-chain). - During periods of low gas, we build up a “gas tank,” which we then use to subsidize transactions during high-cost periods. This approach has worked reasonably well so far. To improve sustainability and reliability, we’ve added a couple of safeguards: - When gas prices rise, the minimum transaction size for gasless usage automatically increases (e.g., from $10 up to $1,000). - If extreme conditions occur (for example, Ethereum gas reaching ~$200 per transaction, as seen previously), the system will fallback to a user-paid gas model for those who still wish to proceed during that time. 2. LibertyX LibertyX takes a slightly different approach. - Gasless transactions are enabled by allowing users to pay gas using their own tokens, with batching and abstraction handled behind the scenes. - At the moment, LibertyX has zero fees, so we are still evaluating how to sustainably sponsor these transactions and what sources of funding we can rely on. If a fee model is introduced in the future, we expect to apply a similar gasless + sponsored mechanism as used in Liberty Swap and Liberty Shield. 3. ZKX Wallet The ZKX wallet is being developed with broader usability in mind. - It includes functionality similar to Rabby, allowing users to pay gas using their own tokens instead of the native token. - This could potentially help solve gas friction not just for our products, but for other PulseChain dApps as well. We are still actively working on this.
