Shocking service from @British_Airways at Faro airport. They over booked a flight and didn’t allocate a seat so I had to wait 10 hours for the next one. The way the staff handled it was terrible and I have followed up with 2 emails to get my compensation and had no response.

@JossNewman1 This would still be handled by our Customer Relations team as the case will be set up once your email has been picked up. Once a member of that team has picked up your case, they will contact you via email. Steven.

@British_Airways Still nothing back. I have sent an email to airport.compensation@ba.com is this a valid address? I have attached a document I was given when I wasn’t allocated a seat on a flight I had paid for. Cannot believe how shocking your customer service is
