I’ve heard this response a lot this week from Knicks fans who were alive for that series. The common denominator in a melting pot of personalities/backgrounds is they will remain spiritually-reserved during this year’s Finals, until the Knicks have a closeout game. The kids will be excited from the start, god bless them, but our entire lives/fandom habits were shaped by that Game 7 at The Summit. For the last 32 years: dogs chasing cars. The thrill is in the chase, but the potential never becoming reality becomes a curse. When you get that close and fall short, it’s hard to ever unshackle yourself into emotional availability. I, too, share these sentiments. It doesn’t mean we don’t care, but are simply protecting our mental assets from anticipated market volatility. With that said, if the Knicks somehow get to three wins in the Finals: it’s all in. I will be attending every game until the series ends.

@iam_edh I pay an extra 15 per month for GEICO at a 500 deductible. I have the have the windshield and the roof replaced, since the rock hit the windshield where the cameras are too. Tesla quoted 3,244 total, but I’ll only pay 500. The extra glass coverage is totally worth it

Ive had multiple Tesla's. I have never put a screen protector on. I honestly haven't seen the need for it. I wanted to ask others out there. Do you have a screen protector on your main screen? If so is it worth it?

@liorsela Split screen with satellite view. But I wish I had the option to make any option full screen. I would like Apple Music full screen or navigation full screen.

A question for all Tesla owners: Full screen visualization or split screen? Full screen gives that immersive, futuristic and clean vibe, but split screen keeps the map handy with more information visible. What’s your go-to setting? Full screen 🖥️ or Split screen 🗺️

@MissJilianne If you purchased FSD it should be part of your account for life. This would be an incentive to always make your next vehicle a Tesla. What if your car gets totaled you lose FSD? Doesn’t make sense.

I could trade in my beautiful Tesla Model S Plaid with HW3 and the $15,000 FSD package for a Model Y Performance, yet I’d have to pay $99 per month for FSD Supervised on AI4 hardware.

@SawyerMerritt @Tesla What do you think of paying for FSD miles? 1000 miles for $100 and they expire after a year? Similar to the 2000 miles of free supercharging they currently offer when you trade in a gas car.

Some FSD-related options/features I think would be cool if @Tesla offered: 1) Annual FSD subscription: starting at $999/year (price goes up in future as FSD gets better). 2) Short term pass for rental fleets/Turo: When an individual rents a Tesla, they may not want to pay $99 for a full month FSD subscription, especially if they are just renting for a weekend. Tesla could offer short-term FSD passes that last a few days, with the option to extend if needed. Just make sure first time FSD users take a quick tutorial. 3) FSD family plan: If a family/household already owns a Tesla with FSD and purchases a second Tesla, offer FSD on the additional vehicle at a slightly discounted monthly rate. 4) FSD Leaderboards: Tesla has already started gamifying FSD a bit by showing owners their total FSD miles and usage percentage. Take it a step further with global and/or regional leaderboards that rank drivers by total FSD miles. There are definitely people out there who would love the bragging rights of being among the top global FSD users. I'm sure this would result in Tesla getting even more FSD data quicker. 5) FSD subscription for HW3 Tesla owners for $69/month: These owners helped fund and train FSD, yet they currently can’t access the latest and most capable version of the software, but they pay the same price as someone who can. It’s unclear how V14 Lite will compare to the full V14 experience, but until HW3 owners are able to upgrade to AI4, I think offering them a discount on the monthly FSD subscription seems reasonable.
