This old state-owned gem used to be free—paid for by Utah taxpayers. Those days are long gone (we even have a 13% tax on DCFC charging rates), and at $0.40/kWh it’s not a particularly amazing deal for how slow it is, but it’s way cheaper than the new Tesla Supercharger down the street!

@OutofSpecDetail And that’s slow by modern standards, a Zeekr golden battery for example is still doing Tesla model 3 peak charging speeds, 250KW at 80%

Just love the E-GMP charging curves I’m pulling the same speeds on our EV9 at ~85% that my Model 3 is at 50%.

@OutofSpecDetail apparently car screen protectors do have a use lol. I was driving windows/sunroof open and a rock got kicked up by the car in front of me and somehow got the infotainment screen. A screen protector would have saved me today! 😂
