Hi @MatoPodhorsky, Payment integrations aren't available directly within Jotform Sign. But you can achieve this by using a classic Form layout, which allows you to combine eSignature fields with a payment gateway so clients can sign and pay in one seamless process. @Jotform Is there a way to insert a payment integration with Jotform Sign? I would like to insert a payment gateway right into my contract so that a client can sign a contract and pay right away. If not, what's the possible workaround?

@bradstr @Jotform Hi Brad, We've updated our Salesforce Integration. You can now use fields like Record ID, or Auto-Number type fields for filtering and matching. They're now selectable in the Find Existing Record and the Update an existing record. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
